Pacific Breeze HVAC

About Pacific Breeze

Family Owned and Operated Right Here in Albany, Oregon

Pacific Breeze HVAC isn't a franchise. There's no dispatch center, no rotating crew of strangers, no hold music. When you call, you reach someone who knows your system - or will, after the first visit.

Our Story

Built on Experience. Rooted in the Valley.

Some companies talk about being local. We actually are.

Pacific Breeze HVAC was founded with a clear purpose: give property owners across the Willamette Valley a dependable HVAC partner they can actually count on - not a company that sends whoever's available and hopes for the best.

The HVAC industry has a trust problem. Property owners get burned by no-shows, vague estimates, and technicians who can't explain what they're doing. We built Pacific Breeze to be the opposite of that. Upfront pricing. Free estimates on new equipment. Same-day appointments when we can make it happen. And a team that picks up the phone.

We're building lasting relationships with homeowners, restaurant operators, property managers, and builders who need a team they can call by name. That's the business we want to be - and that's the business we're building, one job at a time.

We're also proud to be a Latino-owned business serving a community we genuinely care about. That matters to us, and we think it shows in how we work.

Meet the Team

The People Behind the Work

Axel, owner of Pacific Breeze HVAC, outside an Albany home

Axel

Owner

Axel grew up in Albany, graduated from South Albany High School in 2019, and went straight into building a career with his hands. He studied Mechatronics and HVAC at Linn-Benton Community College - a program that trains technicians to understand not just how systems run, but why they work the way they do.

Before launching Pacific Breeze, he worked as a Manufacturing Technician at Intel, assembling wafers in one of the most precision-demanding environments in the industry. That background isn't incidental. It's why Axel approaches every HVAC job with the same attention to detail you'd expect from someone who spent time building semiconductor components.

Outside the shop, Axel runs trails, fixes small appliances for fun (yes, really), and plays soccer.

Cirilo brazing a line on commercial refrigeration equipment in a restaurant

Cirilo

Lead Technician

Twenty-five years in the field. That's not a combined number - that's Cirilo, alone. He's worked on commercial and residential HVAC systems long enough to have seen just about everything, and he brings that depth to every job Pacific Breeze takes on.

Cirilo handles the full range: furnaces, mini-splits, central air handlers, rooftop units, chillers, water heaters, gas lines - residential and commercial. He also does custom sheet metal fabrication and ductwork installation. When we say custom, we mean it. Cirilo can fabricate metal housings and components in aluminum, steel, and titanium - a capability most HVAC shops in this region simply don't have. When a job calls for something that doesn't exist off a shelf, Cirilo builds it.

Mike

Commercial Installer & Technician

Mike brings roughly 20 years of commercial HVAC experience to the team, with a specialty in the kind of work that keeps businesses running. Water cooling towers, commercial kitchen refrigerators, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, commercial refrigeration systems - Mike has seen them all and fixed most of them.

If you run a restaurant or manage a commercial property, Mike is the technician you want on call. He handles everything Cirilo does, with a heavy lean toward the commercial side.

Why Pacific Breeze

What Makes Us Different (And Why It Matters to You)

Nearly 45 years of combined experience.

That's not a marketing line. Add up Cirilo's 25 years, Mike's 20, and Axel's technical training and Intel background, and you get a team that has genuinely seen - and solved - a lot. When you work with Pacific Breeze, you're not a training ground for someone learning on the job.

We fabricate custom sheet metal in-house.

Aluminum. Steel. Titanium. Most HVAC companies order standard parts and work around what doesn't fit. We build what the job actually needs. That capability matters most on complex commercial installations, custom ductwork runs, and rooftop-to-ductwork transitions where off-the-shelf just won't cut it.

We're available - and we respond.

Form submissions get a response within two hours during business hours. Calls and texts get answered right away. Some jobs get same-day appointments. We know your time matters, and we don't make you wait around wondering if anyone got your message.

Free estimates. Upfront pricing. No runaround.

Residential service calls are $130. Commercial service calls are $150. Emergency service calls are $200. Estimates on new equipment are always free, and they're good for 30 days. You'll know what you're looking at before we ask you to commit to anything.

We're building long-term partnerships, not one-time transactions.

If you manage multiple properties or you're a builder who needs a reliable HVAC partner on every project, we want to talk. We're specifically looking for those relationships - the kind where you know who to call and we know your systems. That's the work we're built for.
